In UFC Fight Night 205 on April 23, 2022, Barber was a fighter against Montana De La Rosa and emerged victorious by unanimity. Barber later replaced Casey O'Neill at the UFC 276 fight on July 2nd, 2022. She took on Jessica Eye. Barber won the fight unanimously. Additionally, it was the final fight of her deal with UFC. However, later in the year, she signed a new deal with them. Barber won her most recent bout against Andrea Lee on 25th March 2023 in UFC Fight Night: Vera against.
