Jill AND Mary

Jillian Shennessy (born 25th November, 1968) is an Canadian actor, performer and singer who made an impact on American television. She has become famous because of her roles as Claire Kincaid in Law & Order as well as Crossing Jordan. Hennessy is also known for her outstanding performances in RoboCop 3 Most Wanted. The other films she has appeared in are Chutney Popcorn (an independent film) and The Acting Class. Hennessy began her acting career along with her sister in 1988 playing two call-girls in Dead Ringers. The actress briefly appeared in Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story at Broadway in the year 1990. It was 1993 when Hennessy stepped out of the world of musicals and into the science-fiction genre, playing the character Dr. Marie Lazarus. Later that same year she was appointed assistant district attorney Claire Kincaid in the hit NBC Crime Drama Law & Order. She mesmerized audiences in this part for three seasons, until the end of 1996 when she left. Mary Louise Parker.......................Mary-Louise Parker (born August 2 1964, height 5' 7 1/2" (1,71 m)) is an American actress best known for her current lead role on Showtime's television series Weeds portraying Nancy Botwin for which she has received several nominations and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in 2006. Parker has been featured in movies and shows such as RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys on the Side The West Wing Angels in America for which she received an award of a Golden Globe and an Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actress. Parker was also awarded an Tony Award in 2001 for Best Actress, for her performance in the role of Proof on Broadway.
